- The rates above are the standard Public/Rack rates quoted in ZAR and subject to change without notice
- 50% Payment to secure booking.
- Remaining balance payable 4 weeks prior to occupation.
- Cancellation fee of 10% of total rental amount if cancelled 4 weeks prior to occupation.
- Cancellation fee of 50% of total rental amount if cancelled 2-4 weeks prior to occupation.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to occupation.
- R15 000 – R25 000 refundable key/breakages deposit is also required depending on the property.
- No pets allowed.
